ATTENDING: Members Jan Beale, Peter Moscufo and Jim Wendelgass, Township Manager Allen Heist.

Jan Beale made a recommendation, seconded by Peter Moscufo, to the Board of Supervisors to appoint Chris Carroll as a member of the EAC, all in favor. Peter Moscufo will be acting chairman starting in February for two months and then it will rotate among the members. 

Zoë Perkins reported on behalf of the Board of Supervisors that The Hankin Group (Weatherstone) was granted final plan approval with conditions. Conditional Use hearings have been held for the Ewing Tract (Toll Brothers/Orleans Builders Inc.). The next conditional use hearing will be January 28, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Building

The Planning Commission has been holding work sessions on the second Thursday of the month for the review of the Toll Brothers/Orleans Builders (Ewing) subdivision application. Peter Moscufo has reviewed the plan and has met with members of the Toll Brothers organization; the changes will be discussed at the January work session. The planning commission will discuss the Agricultural Village Community zoning ordinance amendment at the next work session.

A Conditional Use hearing is being held on January 14, 2002 for Tom Drauschak of 1640 Sheeder Mill Road to construct a driveway on a logging road in precautionary and prohibiting slopes. Peter Moscufo will review the application and make a recommendation on behalf of the EAC.
