The administrative meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building was called to order at 8:10 a.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; also in attendance was Township Manager Allen Heist. As advertised for this date, sealed bids were received and opened for 2001-2002 Snow and Ice Removal from D&L Fleck Inc., Stillman's Inc., Robert E. Leister Jr., and David J. Monteith as follows: EQUIPMENT FLECK STILLMAN'S LUSTER MONTEITH* Dump Truck - 33,000 GVW with 10' plow and spreader $95.00 $115.00 $90.00   Dump Truck - 56,000 GV W with 10' plow and spreader $105.00 $125.00   $75.00 4x4 Tractor - 180 HP with 10' blade   $110.00   $75.00 4x4 Pickup Truck with 8' plow $65.00 $95.00   $50.00 4x4 Backhoe (min. 1.0 cu. yd.) $95.00 $95.00   $65.00 *NOTE: "I would like to do the roads common to West Pikeland as I have done in the past. I will do other roads as a back-up as equipment becomes available."  Mr. Monteith also added a 6-Wheel Drive Road Grader at an hourly rate of $75.00 and Labor at $25.00 per hour.   Manager Heist and Roadmaster Miller will review the bids; bid award is scheduled for Monday, November 12, 2001.   Due to lack of a quorum, no other business was conducted; the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 a.m.
