A duly advertised special meeting of the West Vincent Township Board of Supervisors was held on the above date at the Township Building. Chairman Kenneth Miller called the meeting to order at 8:07 a.m.; others in attendance were Supervisors Karl Brachwitz and Zoë Perkins and Township Manager Allen Heist. In response to a request from Ludwigs Corner Fire Company and direction from the Township’s insurance carrier, Mr. Brachwitz moved that the Board of Supervisors of West Vincent Township authorizes Ludwigs Corner Fire Company to respond to the emergency situation relative to the terrorist attacks of Tuesday, September 11, 2001 where and when requested by PEMA/FEMA. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Perkins and carried unanimously. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 a.m.
