The (partly covered) handwritten inscription on the cover of the Mary Poppins album:

"...supercalifragilisticexpialidocious girl we know: HAYLEY!"

One of two signatures beneath this sentiment, that I'm pretty certain of is Bob Stevenson's. (Robert Stevenson directed a number of Disney films, including MARY POPPINS and IN SEARCH OF THE CASTAWAYS.)
