ATTENDING: Chairman Jim Wendelgass, Members Wheeler Aman, Vince Kling, Clare Quinn, and Township Zoning Officer Robert Wideman.

Chairman Jim Wendelgass called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.

SUBDIVISIONS:

Lynch Subdivision which is a 9 acre, 3 lot subdivision located on the north side St. Matthews Rd. Review letters are still outstanding. No action was taken at the meeting.

Hankin Group has been asking the Planning Commission for approval to submit their planning module to the PADEP, after reviewing the sewage facilities planning module Component 4a, Vince Kling made a motion, second by Wheeler Amen to approve and submit the planning module to DEP with the following attached conditions: 1) The conditional use "Order" will be attached to the planning module,  2) The Township has the right to review and approve or reject a crop management plan, 3) If the operation of the sewage facility does not meet with the DEP regulations and the applicant does not correct deficiencies or malfunctions in a timely manner the Township has the option to correct the problem at the cost of the applicant.

ZONING:

Taylor Braendel submitted a Conditional Use application to allow the use of the property for film and video production as an accessory use. Clare Quinn made a motion, second by Vince Kling to recommend approval to use the property for a film and video production as stated in the ordinance.

Minutes from the May 18, 2000 meeting were approved.
