The administrative meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building, was called to order at 8:10 a.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; also in attendance were Supervisors Zoë Perkins and Karl Brachwitz and Township Manager Allen Heist.
David Beideman, Beideman Associates, was present to review the revised final land development plan for the Daniel Grubb property located at Pottstown Pike and Cedar Lane; included were copies of stormwater the detention/infiltration bed plan modifications and design calculations, a revised groundwater recharge suitability report, Chester County Conservation District approval letter and Castle Valley Consultants, Inc. approval letter. A motion was made by Mrs. Perkins, seconded by Mr. Brachwitz, to grant final approval for the Daniel Grubb Land Development Plan; the motion carried unanimously.
A liability insurance quote has been received in the annual amount of $250 to modify the Township's legal defense and claim payment agreement to include the West Vincent Land Trust, Inc. The Land Trust will pay for the insurance coverage.
As agreed to in the 1994 Oakengates Subdivision agreement, Walter Dunning, Conestoga Road, has contributed $2500 towards the partial paving of Dewees Lane between Conestoga Road and the Adelphia Lane entrance; an additional $2500 will be remitted upon completion of Dewees Lane project.
Manager Heist is working on contracting internet service and designing a Township web site.
The Board continued reviewing the 2000 Budget.
