A conditional use hearing for Lawrence J. Kanavy was called to order at 7:40 p.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller. Others in attendance were Supervisors Zoë Perkins and Karl Brachwitz, Township Manager Allen Heist, and Township Solicitor Allan Greenwood. This hearing had been duly advertised and proof of publication received. Since the applicant or a representative for the applicant was not present, at 7:45 p.m. the hearing was postponed until his arrival. Chairman Miller explained that upon the applicant's arrival, the regular meeting would be adjourned on a temporary basis and the conditional use hearing reconvened.

At 8:25 p.m. the regular meeting was adjourned and the Kanavy hearing reconvened. Since the applicant still was not in attendance, the conditional use hearing for Lawrence J. Kanavy was continued until Monday, June 14, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. in the Township Building. Then the regular meeting was reconvened.
