The administrative meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building, was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; also in attendance were Supervisors Zoë Perkins and Karl Brachwitz, Township Manager Allen Heist and Planning Solicitor Fronefield Crawford.
As advertised for this date, bid proposals were received and opened for St. Andrews Lane Box Culvert from the following contractors:

The project may need to be re-bid due to provisions for prevailing wage. The Board Members and Township Engineer will review the bids and action will be taken on Monday, April 26, 1999 at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
As advertised for this date, bids were received and opened for Road Equipment Rental - Tree Removal/Trimming; one bid was received from R.W. Fetters, Inc. The bid will be reviewed by Board Members and the Road Foreman and awarded Monday, April 26, 1999 at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
Members of the EAC were in attendance to discuss the Hankin Conditional Use and Zoning Amendment Application. Concerns included stormwater management, screening, on street parking, sidewalks and curbs, fire protection impacts, open space restrictions, hydrants on Route 100 between the existing service and the site, and the status of the Upper Uwchlan Township portion of the tract.
