RESOLUTION

WHEREAS; West Vincent Township feels a great loss of one of its most devoted, long-term Planning Commission Members; and

WHEREAS; Joan K. Michaelson was a member of the Planning Commission of West Vincent Township for seventeen years; and

WHEREAS; Joan K. Michaelson was instrumental in the formation of zoning and planning policies; standards and goals of this Township since July 16, 1981; and

WHEREAS; Joan K. Michaelson gave unselfishly of her time, energy, talents and leadership to this Community and the Planning Commission therefore

BE IT RESOLVED; that the Boards, Commissions, Residents and Citizens of West Vincent Township express their thanks, appreciation and gratitude to Joan K. Michaelson; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that a copy of this resolution be made part of the minutes of the March 18, 1999 meeting of the Planning Commission of West Vincent Township.
