The administrative meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building, was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; also in attendance were Supervisors Zoë Perkins and Karl Brachwitz, Township Manager Allen Heist, Township Solicitor Allan Greenwood and Planning Solicitor Fronefield Crawford.
As advertised for this date, bid proposals were received and opened for repair to an existing culvert on Davis Lane from the following contractors:

| J.D. Eckman, Inc. | $ 18,800.00 |
Bids will be reviewed by Board Members and the Township Code Enforcement Officer/Alternate Engineer and will be awarded on Monday, March 29, 1999 at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
The Board unanimously acknowledged receipt of a conditional use application from Joseph McCurdy t/a McCurdy & Son upon a motion from Mrs. Perkins and second from Mr. Brachwitz. The applicant desires a combination of uses on one 5.2 acre parcel located at 968 Pottstown Pike.
An agreement for subdivision review extension to April 30, 1999 for the Borst Subdivision was acknowledged with a motion from Mrs. Perkins and second from Mr. Brachwitz; the motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m., after which an executive session was held to discuss the Polay litigation.
