This workshop session of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building, was called to order at 11:15 a.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisor Zoe Perkins and Manager Allen Heist.

Authorization was granted for Solicitor Greenwood to file a municipal claim on the outstanding balance due from the Miskos on Pughtown Road for their Kimberton Sewer hookup. The motion was made by Mr. Miller and seconded by Mrs. Perkins, both in favor.

Approval was granted for a proposal from Downingtown National Bank in the amount of $200,000.00 for a line of credit / tax and revenue anticipation loan at 5-1/2%. The motion came from Mrs. Perkins and was seconded by Mr. Miller, both in favor.

Payment of an invoice in the amount of $66,236.62 for work done at the Township Park by Greenway Services was authorized with a motion from Mrs. Perkins and a second from Mr. Miller, both voting in favor.

The 1999 Preliminary Budget in the amount of $2,496,010 received approval with a motion from Mrs. Perkins and a second from Mr. Miller, both voting in favor.
