This workshop session of the Board of Supervisors, held at the Township Building, was called to order at 11:05 a.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisors Zoe Perkins and Karl Brachwitz, Manager Allen Heist, and Planning Solicitor Fronefield Crawford.

Relative to the purchase of the Evans farm for relocation of the Township building, Mrs. Perkins made a motion to approve Resolution No. 6 - 1998, which authorizes the Board to enter into an Agreement of Sale for $255,000; it was seconded by Mr. Brachwitz and carried unanimously. Mrs. Perkins also made a motion to approve Resolution No. 7 - 1998, which authorizes the Board to enter into an Agreement of Sale for $45,000 for the purchase of a 2.103 acre parcel in Upper Uwchlan Township, also owned by the Evanses; it was seconded by Mr. Brachwitz and carried unanimously.
