This workshop meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held at the Township Building, was called to order at 3:10 by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisor Karl Brachwitz, and Manager Allen Heist.
Gene Richards and Al Emma were in attendance requesting final approval of the Matthews Run subdivision. All required legal documents have been completed and reviewed by Planning Solicitor, Fronefield Crawford and the landscaping plan has been revised. A question was raised by Jim Wendelgass, Planning Commission Chairman, regarding the $500 per occurrence included in the Stormwater Agreement. The Board of Supervisors agreed to keep the language as written. A motion was made by Karl Brachwitz to grant final approval to the Matthews Run subdivision conditioned upon receipt of PennDOT approval and fully executed Escrow Agreement, On-lot Sewage Maintenance Agreement, Stormwater Management Agreement, and an Agreement to Extinguish Easement (with Beales) and Create New Easement. Plans will be signed when these items have been completed. The applicant, Jonathan Thir, has agreed to a voluntary contribution of $1500 per lot at the time of deed conveyance. When recording, the development's name will be changed to Spring Lea and the road name will be changed to Spring Lea Lane. Seconded by Mr. Miller, the motion carried unanimously.
The bills list dated June 22, 1998 was unanimously approved with a motion from Mr. Brachwitz and a second from Mr. Miller.
Respectfully submitted,
