BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

MINUTES - June 19, 1998

This Friday workshop meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township building, was called to order at 3:07 p.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisors Zoe Perkins and Karl Brachwitz, Manager Allen Heist, and Planning Solicitor Fronefield Crawford.

SUBDIVISIONS
The Hankin Group - Unanimous approval was granted for a 46-day extension of review time upon motion from Mr. Brachwitz and second from Mrs. Perkins.

Fraley - Unanimous approval was granted for a 68-day extension of review time upon motion from Mr. Brachwitz and second from Mrs. Perkins.

NEW BUSINESS
Police - Motion was made by Mr. Brachwitz to approve the purchase of two S&W Pistols, model 4006, including two magazines each, per proposal from The Iron Cross dated June 3, 1998, at a cost of $995.00; it was seconded by Mrs. Perkins and carried unanimously. Additional magazines are available at $27.50 each.

Since there was minimal business on the agenda and three extra Monday evening meetings will be held this month for hearings relative to the proposed draft zoning ordinance, Mrs. Perkins made a motion to cancel the meeting scheduled for Monday, June 22; it was seconded by Mr. Brachwitz and carried unanimously.
