This workshop meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building, was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisors Zoe Perkins and Karl Brachwitz, Manager Allen Heist.

JMG Enterprises Inc. will be applying Pennzsuppress D, a parafin-based dust control, on affected areas of several gravel roads. A motion was made by Mrs. Perkins authorizing JMG Enterprises Inc. to apply Pennzsuppress D on approximately 2-1/4 miles of road, including:

•  800' on Jaine Lane (Flowing Springs Road to top of the hill)
• 1600' on Jaine Lane (Horseshoe Trail to Holowis/Kanavy)
• 2900' on St. Andrews Lane (Rt. 401 to Upper Uwchlan Township)
• 1000' on Dewees Lane (Rt. 401 to Adelphia Lane)
• 4600' on Black Horse Road (Rt. 100 to Rt. 401
• 1050' on Davis Lane (Horseshoe Trail to top of the hill)

A motion was made by Mr. Miller to authorize Solicitor Greenwood to prepare paperwork to capture the escrow at St. Stephen's Greene to complete work on basin #2; it was seconded by Mr. Brachwitz and carried unanimously.
