This workshop session of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building, was called to order at 3:06 by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisor Zoe Perkins and Manager Allen Heist.

Mr. Miller made a motion to award the bid for a 1999 dump truck with plow to Keystone Mack & Isuzu Sales Inc., Conshohocken, with no trade-in and color and extended warranty on bumper to bumper to be determined at a later date. The bid price for the award is $120,616.97. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Perkins and carried unanimously.
