This workshop session was called to order at 3:05 p.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisor Zoe Perkins and Manager Allen Heist.

Upon recommendation from Chief Ritschard, Mrs. Perkins made a motion to hire Thomas M. Janders and Bradley E. Bechtel as part-time police officers, with a 90-day probation period, at a rate of $11.00 per hour each, after satisfactory health and psychological examinations; the motion was seconded by Mr. Miller and carried unanimously. If either officer wishes to be covered under the Township health insurance, it will be necessary for him to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
