The workshop session of the Board of Supervisors, held in the Township Building, was called to order at 3:05 p.m. by Chairman Kenneth Miller; others in attendance were Supervisor Zoe Perkins, Manager Allen Heist, and Planning Solicitor Fronefield Crawford.

Bids received on April 13 for lease/purchase of a dump truck, scheduled for awarding at this meeting, were both rejected with a motion from Mr. Miller and a second from Mrs. Perkins. Reasons given were:

• Keystone Mack - anticipated delivery date is longer than six months
• O'Connor Freightliner - no base price and service garages are located over 25 road miles away

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
